Academy
of Film Writing
The Academy
of Film Writing is a school founded by screenwriter and author Max
Adams to perpetuate excellence in film writing. AFW currently
features six of Max's master
screenwriting classes: Visual ScreenWriting; Character
ScreenWriting; Structural ScreenWriting; Non-Static ScreenWriting;
High Concept ScreenWriting; & The Art of the ScreenWriting Pitch.
These
are screenwriting classes created by Max when she figured out no
one was telling her workshoppers and students specific things they
really needed to know and built classes around the subjects
she thought more traditional, mainstream screenwriting programs
were missing. The end result is the above six master
screenwriting classes.
Foolishly,
Max then mentioned this endeavor to her genius friend
Jennifer Perry, who immediately
began beating Max with a stick demanding Max make the classes a
little more public. So. Here they are. Max's Master
Screenwriting Classes a little more public.
